Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can easily and conveniently register your return online.
Simply enter your email address in the link below and you will receive a code to log in. It's that easy! You can then select the products you wish to return. This registers your return, and it only needs to be confirmed by us. Once confirmed, please send the goods back to us at your own expense. Please enclose a note so that we can assign your parcel to you directly.
We also have 14 days after receipt to inspect your returned products and, depending on your preference, either refund the amount or credit it to your account for your next purchase. In most cases, of course, this happens considerably faster.
