You can easily and conveniently register your return online within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Simply enter your email address in the link below and you will receive a code to log in. This is quite simple! Then select the products you want to return. Your return is now registered and only needs to be confirmed by us. After confirmation, send the goods back to us at your expense. Please enclose a note so that we can assign your package directly to you.
We also have 14 days after receipt to check your returned products and refund the amount. Of course, it's usually much quicker.
