You can easily and conveniently register your return online within 14 days of receiving your goods.
Simply enter your email address in the link below and you'll receive a code to log in. It's easy! Then select the products you want to return. Your return is now registered and only needs to be confirmed by us. After confirmation, return the goods to us at your own expense. Please enclose a note so that we can assign your package directly to you.
We also have 14 days from receipt to inspect your returned products and, depending on your preference, either refund the amount or apply it as credit toward your next purchase. Of course, this is usually much quicker.
