Black cord seal 18x8mm, sealing cord for Spartherm fireplaces

Fireproof flat gasket, sealing cord 18 × 8 mm – for example for your Spartherm fireplace, to be glued into the fireplace door. This black fireproof sealing cord is based on textile glass fibre and offers long-lasting durability.

Please ensure that the fireproof sealing cord always remains elastic. Over time, the seal may become hardened. In this case, the fireproof sealing cord must be replaced in good time.

The seal is not self-adhesive, so you will need a sealing cord adhesive or a high-temperature silicone.

Application: First clean the surface of any old sealing cord residue and adhesive. Cut the stove seal to size. Apply the adhesive to the relevant area and then press the seal firmly onto that area. Allow to dry for a few hours. Afterwards, you can heat safely and with peace of mind.
