The ceramic visible surface is untreated and can be covered with plaster, paint or glaze!

Note: The corners of the sleeve are square. Due to the sealing cord coating, the socket is slightly rounded. Therefore there may be a minimal gap in the corners. A silicone seam in the corners of the sleeve helps. This means that these corners are somewhat rounded and the socket closes more tightly.
