The universal cast-iron flat grate with shaking mechanism is an excellent replacement part. The support of the grate is located in the centre.

Cast iron has always been the material of choice for experienced stove builders. Due to its compressive strength, cast iron is extremely wear-resistant and durable - ideal both for the firebox itself and for the necessary components such as fire grates.

• Diameter of entire grate: 18.5 cm
• Diameter and height of the central rotating support: 1.5 cm
• The shaking bar is fitted at the bottom and is approx. 5 cm long, with a distance of approx. 3.5 cm to the grate
• Suitable, for example, for the Wamsler Ätna wood-burning stove

The grate is coated with a black protective paint. This serves as protection against, for example, rust and burns off during the first few burning cycles.

You are welcome to remove the shaking mechanism using an angle grinder if desired.
