Fireproof flat sealing cord, sealing cord 30 × 3 mm for your stove or fireplace, which is self-adhesive and can be used for your stove or fireplace door or to seal your glass ceramic pane. The white, fireproof sealing cord is manufactured on an E-glass fiber basis. It is robust and long-lasting.

Please ensure that the sealing cord always remains elastic. Over time, the seal may harden. The stove glass then sits tightly against the stove body and can no longer expand due to temperature differences. In the worst case, the pane may crack. In this case, the fireproof sealing cord must be replaced in good time.
The seal is self-adhesive, so you do not need any sealing cord adhesive.
Please note that the binding components in the adhesive film decompose at approximately 80 °C to 100 °C.
Clean the surface beforehand to remove any old sealing cord residue and adhesive. Cut the stove seal to size and then press it into place. You can immediately continue heating safely and worry-free.
