Straight male connector fittings 8 mm are used to connect the oil regulator to the oil line. They provide a secure connection between the oil line and the regulator on the oil stove. The fitting is screwed directly into the oil regulator. This side is tapered, allowing the fitting to be screwed tight and sealed using Teflon tape. In addition, the copper pipe or the flexible hose, i.e. the oil line, is secured by means of the compression ring and union nut.
