Do you have a broken ash box and can’t find one exactly like the old one? No problem!

How do you proceed?

Measure the old ash box. Add together the length, width, and height. Be sure to include the handle in the measurement.

The price of the ash box is determined by the sum of the three dimensions - length (including handle) + width + height.

Based on this total length, select the correct ash box price in the selection box.

For example: 24 cm + 16 cm + 8 cm = 48 cm → select the total length up to 60 cm.

If your ash box is narrower at the bottom than at the top, always use the longest of the two side lengths for the length calculation.

Your ash box will be made according to these measurements.

Note: Custom-made products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Your length specifications will be followed as closely as possible. Deviations of a few millimeters are still possible.

If your total length exceeds 120 cm, please contact us. In most cases, custom manufacturing is possible.
