Cleaning tile old white glossy cleaning lid for tiled stove around 15 cm

Use the cleaning cover for your tiled stove to properly close the cleaning opening of your tiled stove. The color (glaze) of the cleaning tile is antique white.

Spare parts for tiled stoves, especially from the GDR era, are rare and hard to come by. You can get a replacement for a broken plaster cover here at the Kaminladen (fireplace shop). A wide variety of glazes are available—just pick the right color.

Do you still have an old tiled stove and the cleaning cover broke after cleaning? No problem! We'll have a new cleaning tile made for you.

After your order, a "blank" of the cleaning tile is glazed with the desired glaze. The glaze is then fired in a hot kiln. After a careful, slow cooling process, the cleaning tile is shipped to you.

A glossy glaze is beautiful, but these glossy tiles also require careful handling. Unsuitable processing materials and tools, as well as improper use, can cause unsightly scratches or water stains in and on the surface. The glaze behaves similarly to glass. Small, sharp-edged components in the grout, for example, act like glass cutters. Without a coaster, glasses filled with liquid can leave unsightly water marks. Please take care to ensure you can enjoy your glossy tiles for a long time. Hairline cracks are possible but do not affect functionality.
