The elastic joint compound in the cartridge is pasty, flexible, and ready to use immediately. It is specially designed for grouting tiles on tiled stoves or fireplaces.
The joint compound is ready for application but should not be used below 5 °C. It is stable and heat-resistant, with an ideal curing time of 2 weeks recommended. Uncured joint compound can be easily removed from the tiles with water.
The manufacturer offers a wide range of joint compound colors.
The consistency is more like toothpaste than acrylic or silicone. It is more of a cementitious mortar with the processing properties of silicone or acrylic. Compared to Ramsauer joint compound, it is easier to work with.
