The Super Boiler Kit 1300 °C is a particularly high-performance sealing compound enriched with sodium silicate, designed for demanding applications in stove and boiler construction. It is suitable for reliably sealing and joining sectional boilers, stoves, cookers, appliances, retorts and fire doors.

Application

Apply the sealing compound generously to the sealing surfaces, slightly overlapping if necessary, and join immediately. Since the compound sets quickly in air, work should proceed swiftly.

In joints, the material is neatly worked in using a narrow, smooth spatula.

Important for optimal adhesion:

• Surfaces must be dust-free and dry
• free of oil, grease, and release agents
• Thoroughly remove or sand off rust spots beforehand

Application & Curing

✔ Application temperature: +5 °C to 40 °C

✔ Curing time: approx. 48 hours

✔ Then slow heating without direct flame contact

This allows for controlled expulsion of residual moisture and ensures a stable, lasting bond.
