Fireproof putty for small repairs and stable metal joints

The 250 g can of fire putty is ideally suited for smaller sealing and repair work on stoves, ranges, and metal components. The material should be understood as a type of metal adhesive and reliably bonds metal surfaces together.

Note: The bond is stable and heat-resistant; however, the bonded areas should not be subjected to constant movement or mechanical stress.

The fireproof sealing putty contains water glass and withstands temperatures of up to approx. 1000 °C, so it can also be exposed directly to fire.

Application

Apply a thin layer to the sealing surfaces, join immediately and align. Excess material can be smoothed. Putty that has already set slightly can be made pliable again with a little water.
