Maintenance/inspection of your Oilpress Keller DSP 180 or DSP 330 pressure accumulator pump.

As part of this inspection, we carry out the following work:

• Disassembly of the oil pump into the components required for maintenance
• Inspection and cleaning of the relevant parts
• Cleaning of the filter tube
• Checking for leaks
• Checking the pressure accumulator pre-charge pressure and adjusting it if necessary
• Calibration of the switch points
• Detailed function test at our test station

After a successful test run, the pump is carefully repackaged and sent back to you. This is included in the price. Shipping from you to us is your responsibility.

By purchasing the "inspection item", you commission us to carry out maintenance on your oil pump after you have sent it to us. If we determine that an integrated component is defective, we will contact you. Otherwise, maintenance of the pressure accumulator pump will be carried out and you will receive the inspected oil pump back at the end.

Please note: Disassembling the pressure accumulator pump causes air to enter the components and lines. This cannot be prevented and does not constitute a deficiency in our service. After installing the oil pump on site, you must remove this air from the oil line yourself. This can easily be done, for example, at the oil regulator in the oil stove. Lift the so-called "regulator trap", the safety lever on the oil regulator, for 2 seconds and then let it drop again. Repeating this process is also possible.

IMPORTANT! Pumps with a mercury tilt switch will no longer be repaired. As a rule, pumps manufactured up to 1998 still have this installed. Please unscrew the housing and check whether this is installed. Mercury is toxic, and the risk of the glass tube breaking during shipping is very high.
