Chimney fireclay pipe 140mm to 250mm

The fireclay pipe is used to extend a connection on your existing 3-layer chimney, e.g. with a connection socket.

Length: 33 cm

Procedure:

• Cut the outer brick with a cutting disc
• Size of this cutout = fireclay connection socket – pipe + 2 cm
• Remove insulation
• Drill the fireclay pipe column to the clear diameter of the fireclay connection socket – pipe using a core drill, or perforate with a carbide drill bit (turn off hammer drill function)
• Glue the connection piece pipe with acid putty
• Fill the joint between the outer brick and the connection piece pipe with mineral wool
  
• Extend the connection piece pipe with the fireclay pipe (also use acid putty)
