Fireproof self-adhesive round seal 13 mm – for fireplace doors

This high-quality fire-resistant sealing cord with a diameter of 13 mm is ideal for gluing into the fireplace door . The stove seal consists of an internal wire core encased in a temperature-resistant, elastic sealing cord made of black E-glass fiber.

Suitable for continuous use at temperatures up to 450°C , the chimney seal can even withstand temperatures up to 600°C for short periods. It ensures a secure seal between the chimney glass and the stove body – thus preventing dangerous stresses and glass breakage.

The seal is self-adhesive , but the adhesive surface serves only to facilitate installation. For a permanent hold, we recommend using sealing cord adhesive or high-temperature silicone. During installation, ensure that the seal remains elastic at all times – timely replacement prevents material hardening and damage to the fireplace glass.
