With this stove clay, you have everything you need! It is pre-mixed and ready to use; you only need to add water. Should it harden after some time, simply add water again and mix thoroughly.

The clay mortar sets only ceramically, which is why it has this long working time.

This means the stove clay only becomes permanently hard once you heat up slowly.

The stove clay is, of course, versatile in its uses. It is the ideal mortar for bonding cleaning covers or cleaning tiles, since the flues of a tiled stove never get truly hot, meaning the clay plaster never fully hardens.

It becomes just firm enough for everything to be sealed and held together.

Compared to other firebrick mortars, it can then be easily loosened again without damaging the tile or the cleaning cover.

This allows you or your chimney sweep to clear all flues of soot, ensuring a long service life for your stove system.
