How do you use the Tabl-O tabletop grill correctly?

Make sure the area is free of flammable materials. Only place the plate on a hard, level, heat-resistant, and stable surface. Stack the outer container, the inner container, the charcoal grate, and the cooking plate on top of one another.

The manufacturer recommends burning coconut briquettes. Why?

These are extraordinarily efficient: high heat, long burn time (2-3 hours) with minimal smoke and odour development, and very little waste. They are compact and 100% sustainable, as they are made from coconut waste. Combined with the quick starter, the Tabl-O tabletop grill is ready to use in no time!

We have also tried it with regular briquettes ourselves and found that these can be used as well. In comparison, coconut briquettes are somewhat more convenient to handle and are certainly well suited for beginners to get a feel for the innovative new Tabl-O tabletop grill by following the step-by-step instructions.
