Universal tank connection for oil tank

For single tanks up to 1,000 liters, underground tanks, battery tank systems according to DIN 6620, and welded tanks for basement installation according to DIN 6625. With quick-closing valve and plastic screw-in fitting for electrical isolation of the oil line from the tank.

Please note that only fittings with a cylindrical screw-in thread G 3/8 may be used.

The best seal is achieved with an O-ring 9 × 3 (not included, available on request) beneath the sealing plug as well as the straight screw-in fitting G 3/8. Alternatively, Teflon tape may be used. Hemp is not permitted as a sealing material in oil-carrying lines. When screwing in with Teflon, please make sure not to tighten it too firmly, as this could otherwise cause the thread on the sealing plug to warp.

Since heating oil as a fuel is subject to natural aging, certain constituents settle at the bottom of the tank. The "floating suction" accessories counteract the intake of these deposits. This is important, as such contamination can lead to malfunctions in the oil line system and, consequently, in combustion.
