The visible surface of the ceramic is untreated and can be covered with plaster, paint or glaze!

Please note: The corners of the sleeve are square. Because it is covered with sealing cord, the socket is slightly rounded. This can result in a minimal gap in the corners. This can be remedied by adding a silicone seam to the corners of the sleeve. This means that these corners are also slightly rounded and the socket seals more tightly.
