Black flat gasket 40x2mm sealing cord

Fireproof flat gasket, sealing cord 40 × 2 mm for your oven or fireplace. The black fireproof sealing cord is made on an E-glass fiber basis. It is robust and long-lasting.

Make sure that the sealing cord is always elastic. Over time, the seal may harden. The chimney disc then sits firmly on the stove body and can no longer expand due to the temperature differences. In the worst case, the window will burst. Here the fireproof sealing cord must be replaced in good time.

The seal is not self-adhesive, so you will need a sealing cord adhesive or high temperature silicone .

Clean the surface of old sealing cord residue and glue in advance. Cut the oven seal to size, apply glue to the area and then press in place. You can heat safely and carefree again straight away.
