Use the useful white flat gasket 25 × 3 mm sealing cord up to 1250 degrees for sealing metal to metal... metal to glass... metal to ceramic and fireclay.
The extremely fireproof sealing cord is made from special high-tech fibers. It is robust and long-lasting.
The heat-resistant white flat gasket seals the following exceptionally :

Make sure that the sealing cord is always elastic. Over time, the seal may harden.
The seal is not self-adhesive, you need the extremely heat-resistant fiber adhesive .
Clean the surface of old sealing cord residue and glue in advance. Cut the flat gasket to size and apply the adhesive. Then press the flat seal in the appropriate place. You will soon be able to heat safely and worry-free .

Ohne Kleber wäre die Dichtschnur nicht dauerhaft verarbeitbar gewesen. Der Einbau der Dichtschnur war einfach. die Fixierung mit Kleber sehr hilfreich.
Da die weiße Schnur etwas zu sehen ist bei der Glastür werde ich das nächste mal eine schwarze Schnur bestellen. Sonst alles gut. nur die Lieferung dauerte etwas länger als gewohnt. Aber wir sind hier auch oft einfach unsinnigerweise verwöhnt.
